We monitor your wind farm around the clock from our manufacturer-independent service control centre. We can process most incoming fault notifications from there without having to deploy a service team to the wind farm. Based on the documentation and analysis of your wind farm data, we create performance forecasts and long-term recommendations for action for each of your wind turbines.

If we receive error messages from your wind turbine at our control centre, we will process them immediately. In approximately 70% of cases, we can successfully correct the problem directly from the control centre, for example by resetting the control system of the wind turbine.

Our control centre has special technical features that most other control centres do not. The integrated alert server enables us to react immediately to faults that are detected. This enables us to analyse faults immediately and initiate the necessary steps to correct the problem without delay. Our service goal: No turbine should be offline for more than two hours. If we need to send one of our service teams to the installation site, we will initiate this process for you immediately. We will inform you proactively and transparently about every repair procedure at your wind farm.
