We monitor your wind farm around the clock from our manufacturer-independent service control center where we can process most incoming fault notifications within our control center and take the necessary steps to remedy the problem without having to deploy a service team to the wind turbine. Based on the documentation and analysis of your wind farm data, we create performance forecasts and long-term recommendations for action for each of your wind turbines and customize the extent of the remote operation center activities according to your needs.

Our control center has special technical features that most control centers do not offer. The integrated alert server enables us to react immediately to detected faults.
