What contribution do we want to make to the energy transition?

We are fascinated by the goal of a power supply consisting of 100 percent renewable energy as well as the technology that allows electricity to be generated from wind. Our expertise and our independence help to develop competitive service solutions and to implement them as part of the energy transition. By influencing the operation of wind turbines in a future-oriented manner, we create added value in the areas of reliability, economic efficiency and technical availability. In short: We want to help shape the future.

What expectations do we have of ourselves when it comes to quality?

We're not perfect, but we have high expectations of ourselves and we're always looking for new ways to better respond to the challenges of the industry. One of our main strengths is that we are completely focused on the maintenance of wind turbines. Our technical skills, our curiosity and openness are the basis of our quality. We do everything in our power to further develop, train and qualify ourselves and our performance. To this end, we have set up a unique Training Center, which is also available to the entire industry. In addition to technical skills, we value reliability, motivation, trust and a high degree of flexibility. High expectations are justified! Together with our customers and partners, our expertise can be used to its full potential. This dynamic is our quality advantage.

How do we feel about change?

There is a lot going on in our industry, and our activities in different markets mean that we live in a constant state of change. We are open to changes: We want to have a say in them and remain indispensable. We see it as our responsibility to act with a sense of proportion, questioning our own decisions and changing course if necessary. This will continue to be important for us in the future and will require a high level of flexibility, so that we can successfully take advantage of market opportunities. We continually evaluate where we stand when it comes to performance, quality, developments and challenges of all kinds. This also applies to questions of growth and profitability, and our answers depend on how much sense they make. Our main focus is our performance and all of the opportunities associated with it.

What does independence mean to us?

As an independent multi-brand specialist, we offer complete service for wind turbines from the manufacturers Vestas, Siemens, Senvion, Nordex, Fuhrländer, Gamesa, Enercon, GE and Mitsubishi. This position ensures our objectivity, gives us freedom of action and ensures transparency in the market. We are convinced that well-functioning competition leads to better prices and higher quality. Many of our solutions have permanently reduced the costs for the operation and maintenance of wind turbines.

How do we deal with others?

We view our relationship with you as a customer, client, contractor, or any other company or organisation that is in contact with us, as a partnership. We share common goals that we want to achieve together. Our cooperation is characterised by fairness, respect, teamwork and openness. At the professional level, we value objective and honest communication. We are not infallible, but we systematically identify and leverage errors to improve ourselves and develop alternatives. Our specialist departments cooperate on an interdisciplinary basis and we have an extensive network in the industry, enabling us to work in a forward-looking manner.

Our principles also apply inside of our company. We expect and encourage cross-departmental and international cooperation. Working at Deutsche Windtechnik means having confidence in the strength of your own abilities, treating others with respect and being a role model through solution-oriented work results. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment. Regardless of age, origin, gender and religion.

What does safety mean to us?

Our approach to the issue of safety is uncompromising: Safety always comes first! Health, the environment and safety are essential. We are aware of our responsibility in this area and take all steps that are necessary to mitigate any danger to health, life and the environment.
We spare no effort to identify potential problems in good time and to improve our processes. We follow all regulations, guidelines and laws and/or optimise them. If it is necessary or helpful, we have this certified.

What does corporate culture mean to us?

Interculturality plays a major role for us and increases our range of options for thought and action. We experience what it means to work and communicate across borders every single day. We are good at this, and we get even better with every task and project. A high degree of tolerance and openness is helpful in this regard.

Our company and our culture are our employees. They are what make our company successful. Despite the actual size of our company, we continue to see ourselves as a medium-sized company. This influences how we act and the decisions we make. Our flat hierarchies and the individual responsibility we entrust our employees with enable us to call a spade a spade, drive important issues forward and not drag things out unnecessarily. Developing your own individuality, contributing ideas and fostering enthusiasm – these are the things that make us strong.

Your contact person - we look forward to hearing from you!
