Deine Aufgaben

As Technical Specialist  Electrical Components (Gamesa Technology) you will be responsible for the development of technical and operational frameworks (procedures, documentation and supply chain) for the Gamesa technology and their implementation in Spain as well as in Europe and overseas.  Furthermore, you will act as technical specialist for the electrical components of Gamesa wind turbine generators, supporting service technicians nationally and internationally with your technical expertise.

The work place will be preferably Pamplona, Valladolid or Zaragoza, however we have geographical flexibility with occasional travels to sites (locally and internationally) and to Headquarters and Clients.

  • Developing and updating documentation (working procedures) for Gamesa technology.
  • Define spare parts and tool lists and recommendations.
  • Advanced remote troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain FAQ.
  • Supporting product and technical training to field technicians and staff.
  • Engineering of upgrades and retrofits.
  • Technical support for back office service, technicians and customers.
  • Collaboration with main technical department in Germany.
  • Technical controlling / approval of work reports.

Dein Profil


  • Electrical engineering degree or long term practical experience in commissioning and administrative tasks.
  • At least 5 years of technical experience in Gamesa electrical components (<2MW and 2MW platforms).
  • Strong command of English language (written and spoken).
  • A good knowledge of WTG components and taking pleasure of expanding technical knowledge.
  • Tutoring skills in teaching technical topics.
  • Proven troubleshooting and fault investigation skills.
  • High analytical skills.
