Location: Amarillo, TX
FLSA Status: Non Exempt
Reports To: Operations Manager of Specialized Field Services
Schedule:
Typically 8am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, some weekends and shift work. Usually 40 hours/week with 30 minutes / 1 hour lunch break unless arrangements have been agreed to by the employer and the employee.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend and sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee will need to be comfortable working with a computer for extended periods.
DESCRIPTION OF TASKS:
Support with travel booking for new hires and existing teammates (for R&R, PTO, or jobs at new worksites)
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
EQUIPMENT, MACHINES, TOOLS USED:
Microsoft Office applications, (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and operation of office equipment (computers, tablets, cell phone, copier, etc.) Forklift, company vehicles, and trailers as needed.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Duties are predominantly performed in a climate-controlled office environment or in heated warehouse environment. Employee may be invited to engage in travel by car to site.
