At Deutsche Windtechnik, our open-door policy, flat hierarchies and constant willingness to listen to the concerns of our employees are part of our daily lives.

All corporate news is shared via our bilingual social intranet, which also helps us to network with our colleagues, because communication is a big priority for us!

Training courses

Providing training on a regular basis for our employees is important

Recognising and systematically promoting the skills and potential of our employees is the key to our success. For this reason, the (further) qualification of our employees is a high priority for us. Whether through internal training at our own modern training centre or via external training, each employee receives training and support that is tailored to their individual needs. This includes, for example:

  • Regular safety training in accordance with GWO/BG Standard
  • Qualification in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic engineering
  • English Lessons
  • Computer training
  • Regular internal and external training courses, e.g. in our own training workshop
  • Funding for individual qualification measures

Monetary subsidies are not everything, but they do show appreciation of our work

We also financially support our employees in various areas or offer the opportunity to acquire a stake in a range of companies through investment funds:

  • Subsidy for occupational retirement provision and employee savings schemes

We like to celebrate and exercise together

Athletic and social interaction are high priorities at Deutsche Windtechnik. Whether we're sweating together during the company run, playing in our Football Cup, racing dragon boats, or celebrating at our summer parties or the international Christmas Party – we always look forward to the opportunity to meet our colleagues.
