  • Administrative and organizational assistance for bureaucratic procedures
  • Translations
  • Research work into legal issues and insurance matters
  • Independent organization of the office
  • assistance in the field of order management, fleet management and travel management
  • Processing of payment transactions, accounting and commercial project execution
  • Payroll accounting
  • processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing documents
  • general correspondence, telephone switchboard and reception services
  • Supporting our marketing team in planning and realization of fairs, conferences and customer visits
  • Assistance in the field of Business Development

  • 各項文件翻譯
  • 法律及保險相關事務處理及研究
  • 辦公室獨立作業管理
  • 各項訂單 / 交通車、船 / 商務出差管理
  • 商務交易會計檢核 / 薪資及出納會計事務 / 商業企劃執行
  • 信件郵務 / 檔案管理 / 客戶接待及電話接待服務
  • 協助參展規劃 / 會議行程 / 客戶拜訪等行銷事務程序
  • 協助業務開發及拓展規劃

Dein Profil

  • A finished academic study in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Management or similar
  • at least four years' experience in a similar position
  • Readiness of mind and an autonomous way to work
  • A communicative and friendly disposition
  • planning and organizational skills, flexibility and reliability
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • mother-tongue mandarin skills, excellent english skills, both written and spoken
  • German language skills are an advantage

  • 具備大學專科以上商管 / 經濟科系相關學歷
  • 具備4年以上相關工作經驗
  • 能獨立自主並有效地控管工作進度
  • 具備良好的溝通技巧能力、和善的與人相處

  • 精通MS Office
  • 中文能力:聽說讀寫流利
  • 英文能力:聽說讀寫流利
  • 具備德文能力尤佳
