JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title:  Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Amarillo,   TX

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Reports To: Operations   Manager of Specialized Field Services

SCHEDULE: Working hours are 8am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday with possibly working outside working hours as needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend and sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.  The employee will need to be comfortable working with a computer for extended periods.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS:
 

• Support with travel booking for new hires and existing teammates (for R&R, PTO, or jobs at new worksites)
• Oversee fleet needs for the Specialized Field Services team, including:
• Receiving newly delivered vehicle inventory
• Ensuring vehicles are outfitted properly and ordering items as needed
• Tracking all documentation, including drivers and handover forms
• Facilitate background checks as needed for new technician deployments
• Track technician electrical glove deployments.
• Maintain equipment and service as rotated through warehouse.
• Ensure inventory levels of consumables are tracked and stocked as needed. 
• Track tooling and inventory as needed.
• Deliver parts and tooling to projects as needed.
• Monitor and perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Other tasks as required

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

· High school diploma required

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience preferred

· Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position in business required

· Thrives in a fast moving environment

· Strong people skills – a polite and professional demeanor when working with other companies, as well as consumers and coworkers

EQUIPMENT, MACHINES, TOOLS USED:

Microsoft Office applications, (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and operation of office equipment (computers, tablets, cell phone, copier, etc.) Forklift, company vehicles, and trailers as needed.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Duties are predominantly performed in a climate-controlled office environment or in heated warehouse environment. Employee may be invited to engage in travel by car to site.
