IT Support Specialist

Position Title: IT Support Specialist
Location: Humble, TX

Reports To: Engineering Manager
SCHEDULE:
Typically 8am – 5pm Central, Monday through Friday. Usually 40 hours per week with a daily 60 minute lunch break unless other arrangements have been agreed to by the employer and the employee.
JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Support Specialist will provide analytical, technical, and administrative support to internal end users across North American sites. They will also be primary contact for all incoming calls, email requests, and helpdesk tickets for technical support. Interaction between all teams and departments- as well as developing procedures and solutions for all technical levels of our end users. Works with PC network software to configure, test, diagnose and correct network configurations. Training internal employees on various basic Windows operating system tools and software.
