LIT  Leadership Trainee – Locations: CO, OK, TX

Deutsche Windtechnik is Germany’s largest Independent Service Provider, offering a comprehensive service package for Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) from one single source.

With more than 9,000 WTGs under contract and more than 2,200 worldwide employees operating in Europe, the US and Asia, Deutsche Windtechnik sets the bar for Independent Service Provider services.

Deutsche Windtechnik came to North America and started operations here in 2018.

Headquartered in Houston, TX.,  it is our goal to set the standard for best in class levels of quality, safety, efficiency and customer service in the US market.

Ready to start your career and be an important part of our team? So, what is the Leadership Trainee program?

It’s an opportunity to get your foot in the door, as you learn and grow! More specifically, this is an 18-24 month rotational program where you learn in the field. The rotation would consist of 9-12 months on site as a technician learning what we do with top quality teammates. After your initial field rotation you rank your interest in back office departments: Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, HR, or Operations where you will have 3, 3-4 month rotations.

At the end of your time with us, you will be prepared to grow your career with one of the Nation’s top providers of O & M Wind Services.

You will be responsible for learning and doing.

The LIT will spend time training to be a technician, which requires you to climb up to 300 feet in the air. You will get training, and it’s safe, but if you are scared of heights, this won’t be the role for you. If heights are not a problem…read on! Here is some of what you will take on as a LIT:
