Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Administrator

The QHSE Administrator will provide support to the QHSE functions of the business. You will assist by providing affective support to the QHSE team, ensuring data is collated, recorded and processes efficiently, to ensure that the business has access to data and documentation in a timely manner.

Your tasks

Duties and responsibilities

  • Act as the UK QHSE SharePoint Administrator.
  • Monitor the QHSE email Inbox.
  • Administrate the incoming Incidents/Hazard Reports and upload onto the database, and inform QHSE Manager on day’s incidents.
  • Administrate Supplier Management process (Send, receive QHSE Supplier & Contractor selection questionnaires, and assist with the evaluations).
  • Administrate the ordering & supply of specified health & safety equipment.
  • Act as the Facilities Administrator for all Deutsche Windtechnik managed premises. (PAT Testing, fire systems/extinguisher, security Alarms, and legionella contracts).
  • Recording of Non-Conformities / Customer complaints and administrate the customer satisfaction process.
  • Minute taker for QHSE & WTSR Meetings/Management Review Meetings.
  • Administrate/complete QHSE Reports.
  • Administrate the online QHSE training (easy Generator or equivalent).
  • ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Documentation administration, collation and coordination, and administrate the Master Document Register.
  • Administrate Change Management Process.
  • Administrate Healthy Working Lives initiatives.
  • Administrate the DSE Assessment Process.
  • Administer the CoSHH Management Database.
  • Administer Calibration & Statutory Inspection Registers.
  • Carry out the duties of an office Fire Warden.
  • Any other functions as may be required by the Head of QHSE.

Your profile

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Programs , main Excel (required).

· Can enter and retrieve electronic data accurately (required).

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (required).

  • Excellent organisational skills (required).
  • Hold a SCQF Level 6 / NQF/QCF Level 3 Health & Safety or Quality qualification (desirable).

Personal attributes

  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.

· Ability to perform under pressure, maintain confidentiality and prioritise workload with excellent time management skills.

· Have a good attention to detail.

  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
