Office Assistant (m/f/d)

Deutsche Windtechnik Co. Ltd. with office in ZhongShan District, Taipei is an independent service provider for offshore wind farm, executing maintenance, repairs and inspections on all assets of an offshore wind farm, including the Transition Pieces and Substations.

To support our office team in Taipei, we are looking for an Office Assistant as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Supporting the office teams in regards to procurement, travel and training arrangements, processing invoices, event planning, etc.
• General correspondence, telephone switchboard and reception services
• Any kind of upcoming office or project related assistant tasks
• Research and translation works

Your profile

• At least university degree in Administration or similar
• Native speaking skills in Mandarin
• Good English skills
• Structured and organized working style
• Good communication and teamwork spirit
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Knowledge in SharePoint is an advantage
