Junior Sales Manager (m/f)

Deutsche Windtechnik is Europe’s largest Independent Service Provider offering a comprehensive service package for WTGs from one single source. With more than 4900 WTGs under contract and over 1500 employees operating in several European countries, Deutsche Windtechnik sets the bar for Independent Service Provider services in the European wind energy sector.
We deliver our independent services onshore, offshore, internationally and for a variety of OEMs including Siemens®/Bonus®, Vestas®/NEG-Micon® turbines, Gamesa®/Siemens-Gamesa®, Senvion®/ Repower®, MADE®, Nordex®,Fuhrländer®, and Enercon®. Our service portfolio ranges from individual basic / preventive service through to full-scale maintenance concepts.

Deutsche Windtechnik is present in Spain since November 2014 where it has more than 900 WTG under maintenance. It is our objective to leverage and improve the same level as of Quality, Safety, Efficiency and Customer Service to Spain. Deutsche Windtechnik aims to become the best-valued independent service provider in the Spanish Market within the next 5 years and you can be part of this success.

Deutsche Windtechnik is currently expanding its Service & Maintenance portfolio with a strong focus on the Iberian and US markets.

Depending on the role, personnel are initially required to undertake a familiarization period at our Headquarters in Germany to become accustomed to Deutsche Windtechnik’s corporate culture and way of working.



Your tasks

The work place will be preferably in Zaragoza, however we have geographical flexibility, with occasional travels to sites (locally and internationally) and to Headquarters and Clients.


You will manage commercial processes and be responsible for the effective and successful management of additional service sales as spare parts, technical inspections. You will integrate new products to the sales portfolio for the Deutsche Windtechnik Sales Department. You will ensure to fulfil with commercial requirements and procedures integrating the company tools in this process.

Furthermore, you will develop the continuous improvement plan for the commercial process including the follow-up of the different performance and economical KPIs for sales department. Depending of the Sales Manager, you will be the responsible of the customer interlocution in the commercial process and the strategy definition for additional services.

  • Preparation of offers for the customer in strong relationship with the other departments in the company.
  • Responsible for follow-up all commercial processes from the offer request until the close of sale with the corresponding invoice and payment.
  • Ensure the implementation of formats and quality level for the commercial offers.
  • Working with the sales manager in the strategy definition for additional service sales.
  • Working in the definition and follow-up of the KPI for the commercial process.
  • Customer interlocution in each commercial process.
  • Cooperation and coordination with the other departments in order to ensure the necessary resources to offer.
  • Create and improve the commercial tools and sales management.

Your profile


  • Economical or Engineering degree or similar
  • At least 1 year in sales process experience or wind industry.
  • Strong command of English language (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge about the wind market in Spain.
  • Management skills.
  • Experience implementing a continuous improvement process.
