Junior logistic Coordination (m/f)

Your tasks

Role.

You will be part of the logistic team charge of the spare parts management in the Company ERP, and physical warehouse and integrated new management tool for the Deutsche Windtechnik Logistic Department. You will ensure to fulfil with Logistic requirements and procedures integrating the company tools in this process.

Furthermore, you will involve in the continuous improvement plan for the Logistic process including the follow-up of the different consumptions, spare parts classification and KPIs for logistic and operations department. Depending of the Logistic Manager, will be the responsible of the operation supervisor and technicians interlocution in the logistic process and the strategy definition.

Location.

The workplace will be in Zaragoza.

Essential Responsibilities.

  • Reception of Materials in the main warehouse.
  • Management of the Company ERP introducing the material reference.
  • Control stocks in all warehouse (main and wind farms stocks).
  • Ensure the Logistic plan and procedure implementation.
  • Ensure the spare parts availability in all wind farms.
  • Operations supervisor interlocution in each Logistic process.
  • Cooperation and coordination with the other departments in order to ensure the necessary resources.
  • Create and improve the procedures to logistic management.

Your profile

Qualifications and Requirements.

Functional

• FP, Technical formation in Logistic and stock management

• At least 2 year in Logistic process experience or wind industry.

• Command of English language (written and spoken).

• Knowledge about the wind market in Spain.

• Organizational skills.

• Experience in continuous improvement process. 

Personal

• Teamwork, collaboration and drive to take on responsibility.

• A pragmatic approach to solve problems.

• High analytical and proactive skills.

• Ability to deliver high quality work within timelines.

• High level of integrity and motivation.
