ERP support - Operations Department

DWT with its headquarter in Bremen and other locations and service stations in Germany, Europe and America is one of the leading service providers in the sector of wind energy. As a recognized specialist, we offer comprehensive services for the maintenance, repair and optimization of wind turbines.

Your tasks

• Management of the work orders.
• Scheduling of the maintenance works in coordination with the wind farm supervisor.
• Ensure the implementation of formats and quality level for the ERP data.
• Working with the operation manager in order to improve the management process in each region.
• Reporting of follow KPI defined by the company according to ERP considerations.
• Interlocution with technicians in order to close the service orders.
• Cooperation and coordination with the other departments in order to ensure the necessary resources to carry out the maintenance works.
• Upload the information in the Customer ERP according to the contract requirements.

Your profile

• Administrative or Engineering degree or similar
• At least 2 year in ERP management (SAP, ProAlpha or similar).
• Strong command of English language (written and spoken).
• Knowledge about the wind market in Spain.
• Communication skills.
• Experience implementing a continuous improvement process in ERP.
