Contracts Co-ordinator (m/f)

Job purpose

The Contracts Coordinator will be a key member of Deutsche Windtechnik UK.  They will provide administrative and coordination support to the Contracts Manager to ensure a smooth, effective and efficient running of the Contracts Department. 

Your tasks

Duties and responsibilities

The main duties and responsibilities of the role include:

  • Being a key member of the team, maintaining all standards and securing the long-term bottom-line contributions from service contracts
  • Constant data administration on Deutsche Windtechnik’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
  • Knowledge of the basic elements of client contracts
  • Creating quotations through the ERP system in order to support sales of Additional Services
  • Supporting and liaising with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing of Additional Services
  • Constant maintenance and ownership of the Additional Services tracker (reporting spreadsheet)
  • Communicating effectively with the Site Administrator, Site Leads and engineers and other stakeholders with regards to Additional Services and quotations and ensure that they are driven effectively and efficiently.
  • Supporting the Contracts Manager in coordinating the monthly reports’ delivery to the customers
  • Working on specific projects as required
  • Participating in and taking minutes in client meetings

Your profile

Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements

  • Relevant administrative work experience essential
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP systems
  • Understanding of contracts desirable
  • Knowledge of the energy supply sector and technical affinity are advantageous
  • Strong organisation skills, ability to multi tasks and priorities work
  • Flexible, driven with the ability to take ownership of task and drive it through to completion
  • High attention to detail
  • Confidence with numbers
  • Being able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Motivated to perform the role to the highest standards
  • Work efficiently under pressure  
  • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
