As the operator of an offshore wind farm, you are confronted with a wide range of demands, requirements, guidelines and interest groups. We evaluate the overall situation for you and analyse the obligations and wishes of all parties involved. We carry out a wide range of tasks on your behalf, such as assessing the service work on your wind turbines, coordinating communication with third parties such as grid operators and authorities and reporting to the investor group on a regular basis. With the greatest possible transparency, we stay in close contact with you, the site management, the offshore control centre, marine coordination and technical management to provide specific instructions for the smooth operation of your wind farm.
Our main technical controlling services include:
We also offer all services as individual packages for you.
The legal requirements for the safe operation of your offshore wind farm are complex. The responsibility of our marine coordination is to ensure the protection of nature and people and to monitor all activities at your offshore wind farm. In addition to monitoring the sea area, core responsibilities include coordinating ship and helicopter movements, radio communications (TETRA, sea and air radio), regulatory coordination and deployment planning, which covers permit-to-work, people tracking and emergency assistance.
In close cooperation with the offshore control centre, we combine and evaluate data and information to ensure the smooth operation of your wind farm. The marine coordination and the offshore control centre use comprehensive, state-of-the-art IT systems to ensure the transfer of data between all parties involved.
Every offshore wind farm must have a trained Electrical Safety Officer (ESO) who ensures that the electrical system is safe. On request, our trained ESOs monitor the statutory electrical operating organisation at your offshore wind farm and ensure that all legal standards and regulations are met. We would be happy to design strategies for you to implement safety management, training courses or maritime monitoring.
Our Operations Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the local implementation of the maintenance and repair campaigns within your offshore wind farm. This person ensures that the personnel working at the wind farm are not hindered in carrying out their tasks. The Coordinator's responsibilities include:
