Together with her team, Beatriz focuses on optimising the efficiency of the supply chain and ensuring that all goods are available on time. This in turn forms an important basis for the growth forecast of Deutsche Windtechnik in Spain. 
 
She joined Deutsche Windtechnik in February of 2022. Before that, she had worked in the pharmaceutical and automotive industries, where processes are often well-established. However, according to Beatriz, the wind industry is a young and fast-growing industry. There is still room to develop and implement one's own ideas and processes. "It is quite a dynamic industry. I saw the great opportunity to change to renewables industry as an exciting challenge." Beatriz views logistics as the engine of a company, supported by a professional and passionate team, and focused on customer service. In her opinion, this is the key to success for any project. As a person with a proactive attitude, Beatriz is good at dealing with the challenging and fast-paced environment of logistics. There are moments of uncertainty in the market, but she sees them as the opportunity to prepare ourselves for a successful future.
