What our employees say

Read what our employees have to say about what it feels like to work at Deutsche Windtechnik!

The most important thing is that I enjoy my job because nobody likes going to work if it isn't fun. I appreciate the versatility, the independent work and the responsibility that the company entrusts me with.

Dennis Cardell

Team Lead Electrical Components (Vestas)

I chose Deutsche Windtechnik because I wanted to be involved in the growth of a young company and saw an interesting opportunity. I really appreciate the fact that we cover a wide range of activities, from transition piece maintenance to wind turbine service and troubleshooting. And although we are growing steadily, the familiar, personal atmosphere has not suffered.

Dennis Trusch

Client Rep & Quality Surveillance Inspector – Offshore Operations

The relaxed atmosphere and flat hierarchies are what make working at Deutsche Windtechnik how it is. I enjoy playing a role in the positive developments in different areas and contributing to the pleasant working environment. There are always new challenges waiting, and that makes the work different and interesting from one day to the next. Teamwork plays a big role here.

Gesa Harms

Office Administrator

The flat hierarchies, the short chain of command and the pragmatic approach at Deutsche Windtechnik are great. I greatly enjoy working with the different specialists and dealing with the various factors that make the offshore sector special.

Birger Menke

Head of Business Development - Offshore

It was by a happy coincidence that I joined Deutsche Windtechnik, and after spending a few years in the German offshore unit, I am now responsible for our offshore activities in the APAC region. Deutsche Windtechnik showed me that you can also have a career without switching companies every two years.

Marcel Meins

APAC Director

Deutsche Windtechnik is a growing company that contributes to preserving the environment through its work. For me it is very important to do something meaningful, and that is why I feel so at home here. I like my work because it is versatile and interesting. I always learn something new and can further develop my skills.
